Point System, Penalties, and Ties

Teams will receive 1 point per legal fish weighed plus the following points:

*** Each team who does not have fish to weigh will receive 20 points less than the last place finisher down to 15^th place. If more than 15 people weigh fish, those who do not have fish will receive 5 points less than the last place finisher down to 20^th place. If more than 20 people weigh fish, members with no fish receive 9 points each.

Bonus Points

An additional five (5) points will be received for each meeting attended.

Penalties

A four (4) ounce penalty for each dead fish will be deducted from the total weight.

An eight (8) ounce penalty will be deducted from your total weight for not bringing fish to the scales in a weigh-in bag containing an adequate amount of water.

The penalty for possession (at weigh-in site) of undersized bass will be a one (1) pound deduction from the total weight for each short fish unless a courtesy check is explicitly requested.

If there is a tie, the points for the highest and next highest place in question will be added together and divided between the teams.

Tie for first place

first place 100 points

second place 90 points

total 190 points

team 1 gets 95 points

team 2 gets 95 points

next finisher gets 81 points for third place
